Emergency Eviction Prevention Program for Low-Income Individuals & Families


A Hamilton County eviction prevention program that provides rental assistance and (in limited cases) legal representation for qualifying households.*   
This program will focus on low-income individuals and families in Hamilton County who rent government-subsidized housing or have housing vouchers, especially families with children, and the elderly, and the disabled.
TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST:
  • Have household income at or below 80% of Area Median Income
  • Be a Hamilton County resident
  • Present a Picture ID
  • Show ability to pay your ongoing rent
  • Have a Notice to Leave the Premises or have an eviction hearing scheduled
Applicants may qualify to receive up to $2,000 in benefits per household in a 12-month period.
