H.A.I.R. (Helping All Inner City Read) is a literacy program aimed toward African-American and other at-risk-youth reading at or below their grade level. H.A.I.R. promotes strong public speaking, character development, and measurable reading level advancement. 

The H.A.I.R. program includes: After school programming, monthly hair grooming, day to day enrichment opportunities that include, Reading Literacy, Financial Literacy, Music Reading, Grooming Ethics, Posture, Social Skills Development, and Literacy Support.
